Mosasaurus is another one that Jurassic Park pumped up on steroids for the big screen. Fossils indicate that these large marine reptiles grew to be 13 meters long on average. Similarly to Keichousaurus Hui, Mosasaur gave live birth rather than laying eggs. During it’s time, Mosasaur was the king of the aquatic jungle. It’s size and powerful jaws made it a formidable opponent even for other larger sharks.
How do you measure up?

About The Fossils:
Mosasaur was a master hunter. These wide pointed teeth were used for ripping and tearing the flesh of other prey the size of a human and larger. Their teeth are found with great ease at dig sites today, which speaks to their incredible dominance over the oceanic food chain.
